Not friendly at all, no one approached us even after we sat in 3 cars on the floor. Then we finally asked the RUDE, big breasted female at the reception desk if someone could help us; she had us 'sign in' sat in 3 cars on the floor. Experience was okay. The usual, sales advisor showed car, test drove vehicle, presented a price, explained the down payment and the monthly estimate. Closed deal. I was truly disappointed at the end when the sales advisor did a courtesy call to check in with me and how I was liking the vehicle. Informed him of a minor issue I noticed afterward and asked if I can take it to the dealer for a courtesy check up. Explained that he would check with his manager and never returned my call. I wasn’t asking for a fix. Just wanted to know if they would look at the car as a courtesy since I bought it there. Perhaps because it wasn’t one of their cars (Honda) then my concern had no priority. Communication is key, no matter if it’s good or bad news. Reasonable people understand what can and cannot be done, now I remember why I hate shopping for vehicles. I’ll take my friends and family elsewhere. More
