Unfortunately my experience was not so good I came in for a oil change and that took 3 hours. Then I started hearing a noice on left side and when I called the dealer they said you need n appointment I could a oil change and that took 3 hours. Then I started hearing a noice on left side and when I called the dealer they said you need n appointment I couldn’t wait and drove back in there where they refused to see me until I asked for a manager. This was around like 220 and they said they won’t see your vehicle till 5 or 6 I said what?? It’s was an extremely frustrating situation I ended up I change my mind. I took it to Culver City they Accommodated me and fix my car thank God I will not be taking my car back to Honda of Downtown. More
