I will never buy a used car from this dealership again , purchased a 2017 chevy colorado , on my way home truck started pulling back and forth , long story short , took truck to chevy for diagnosis and res purchased a 2017 chevy colorado , on my way home truck started pulling back and forth , long story short , took truck to chevy for diagnosis and results were needed transmission , warranty would not warrant a new transmission stating honda should have diagnosed it before selling , honda gave me my trade in back along with my funds , thus I will never go back for a new or used vehicle from downtown honda . Process took more than 5 hours but was ok - a lot of waiting though. We also had to wait for the car to be washed and have some gas added……. Didn’t get the car washed because we didn’t want to wait a waiting though. We also had to wait for the car to be washed and have some gas added……. Didn’t get the car washed because we didn’t want to wait another 20 min. Got gas but it wasn’t filled - only about 1/3 of a tank. You would think if we didn’t get a car wash because of how long it took, we would have at least gotten a fill up?
