1st timer and such terrible service! !! (Jim) Jimmy idk how to spell his name he had no name tag! His computer was right in the middle. The inconvenience of not offering a courtesy ride. !! The inconvenience of not texting me or calling me to let me know my car was ready. I was with my two boys and we were ready to go! I had to find out myself when I went to go check 2 1/2 hours later seeing my car parked. It’s hot and my boys were done being there! We patiently waited for someone inside to finish talking to their customer. We were IGNORED! I asked for Jim and he was no where to be found. Was he a fake!? Confused. Diff adviser just told me to sign, just gave me my keys. Where’s the check point!!! Where was the service!! Incompetent, substandard, deficient, unfitted and unhappy service. More
