I was very impressed with the level of communication throughout the process. Also impressed with the facility and ability to park inside a secure facility. Service techs should really do their job. Had a screw on tire on Tuesday, but they didn’t notice it. It was marked by the tire shop I went to on Tuesday afternoon. The “car inspection” was all marked ok, that it was checked, but I know it wasn’t, at least not thoroughly. That’s messed up! More
