Why does it take 4 HOURS! !!!! For an oil change?? Just an oil change I didn’t get any other service done JUST and oil change my appointment was at 10am I didn’t get my car unt !!!! I don't understand why the appointment was made if I was still going to be there all day! It’s just not okay ever!! More

From the moment I pulled into the ample parking garage, I sensed this was not like any Honda Dealership that I had been in. Courtesy Valet parking supported by a very pleasant attendant. When I approached the showroom entrance a very positive young man greeted me to offer to guide me. That was much appreciated because it being my first visit and I was still overwhelmed by the rather new facility. The entire staff, not just my sales rep., was professional and helpful. But never overly so. Yes, I purchased a VIN Number to a vehicle to be delivered upon arrival. Yes, the salesperson was beyond kind to offer to deliver the car a hundred miles away to solve my problem. BUT, that means I will not be able to witness the tambourine celebration of the sale. 😃 More
