Title: Disappointing Experience with Honda of Downtown LA I recently went to Honda of Downtown LA to complete a lease buyback on my vehicle, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. Despite initially being greeted by friendly staff, the process quickly turned sour. Firstly, I was kept waiting for nearly 30 days before being informed that the financing fell through due to paperwork errors on their end. To make matters worse, they doubted the validity of my Social Security number, despite providing all necessary documentation. This not only prolonged the process but also left me feeling disrespected and frustrated. While I appreciate the efforts of some staff members to assist me, I cannot overlook the apparent lack of organization and professionalism displayed by the dealership. It was disheartening to encounter such obstacles, especially when I had followed all procedures diligently. Furthermore, instead of taking responsibility for their mistakes, Honda of Downtown LA shifted the blame onto the bank. However, upon contacting the bank myself, I discovered that this was not the case. It was only after correcting the misinformation and seeking assistance directly from the bank that I was able to resolve the issue. Overall, my experience with Honda of Downtown LA was disappointing. Despite their friendly demeanor, their handling of my situation left much to be desired. While I would rate them a three out of five for their amiability, their questionable practices and lack of accountability prevent me from wholeheartedly recommending them to others. In conclusion, I urge Honda of Downtown LA to reassess their procedures and prioritize customer satisfaction to avoid similar incidents in the future. More
We were sold a vehicle without floor mats and were promised to have new ones ordered. We also noticed a steering issue that needed attention. False promises were given each time I called our service contact Geovanni Rivera. After a few weeks he ignored my calls entirely. We were forced to have the steering issue addressed by Honda Corp. We are loyal Honda customers and were highly disappointed in our treatment at this dealership. More
