I had Stephen as a representative to help me, at first, it went well. He was very respectful, kind and helpful. My appointment was at 10:45 and he had told me that my service was going to be completed by 1 it went well. He was very respectful, kind and helpful. My appointment was at 10:45 and he had told me that my service was going to be completed by 12:15. He did not come up to me once, after our first meeting that day. Never heard from him again and that was strange. I did not leave the service center until almost 4pm and that was because i had to ask around myself regarding my service and car. Thanks to Jose for saving the day, though. That really rubbed me the wrong way and thought that was customer service. More
