I had to wait about 40 minutes. They had assigned a representative for service but someone else finally signed me in for service after about 40 minutes. Then the second person that They had assigned a representative for service but someone else finally signed me in for service after about 40 minutes. Then the second person that was supposed to help me didn’t help me either. Finally someone else (a third person) got me in. I was never notified that my car was finished. I just saw it parked. The person whose name was on the service order was different that the person that signed me out. I had to be signed out outside. I thought it was very unusual. Much worse that the previous visits. Not sure if I will be back. I did not feel like a valued customer. More

Very pleasant and fair in terms of pricing transparency and willingness to work with me to reach a good deal for both sides. The only part I didn't like is that it took literally 5 hours to complete the bu and willingness to work with me to reach a good deal for both sides.
