The sales person was a nice person, he tried his best to do whatever he could . The service department was satisfying too. They try to fix my problem as fast as they could. When my vehicle stopped working after being serviced at Honda of Downtown I and my daughters, concerned for my safety, grew extremely upset and concerned as to what had happened with my vehicle. Ms. Gladys Honda of Downtown I and my daughters, concerned for my safety, grew extremely upset and concerned as to what had happened with my vehicle. Ms. Gladys, Alfredo, and Luis really went above and beyond to make sure they found the issues, explained the issues in a way we understood, apologized for the inconvenience, and thoroughly serviced my vehicle. While there were bumps in the road due to inconsistent communication, Ms. Gladys was honest, understanding, caring, and made sure all inconsistencies and doubts were cleared. While Luis, the service provider, may have taken most of our criticisms he remained professional and respectful through the entire situation. He made it right and that’s all we could ask for. Ms. Gladys and Luis are exceptional and an asset to Honda. Their customer service and kindness is rare in this generation. We need more people like them. Have been having continuous issues when it comes to the display of the car. I get disconnected with carplay, cant connect to either wired or wireless car play. I cant connect to bluetooth either. Which is why I needed a new car for apple carplay. and for it to not work? Its been going on for more than a month and I dont find it fair to continue to paying for a car that I just get technical issues with a brand new car. More
