I took my 2019 Honda Ridgeline in for the tailgate backup camera wiring recall. They damaged my Honda key locking assembly. Then a little over a week later I got a call from the service manager stating that I needed to bring my Honda in for a horn issue. I checked on line for a horn recall, none. My horn has always worked fine. I have been getting notifications from Honda about the tailgate recall, still open. I called and talked to the dealership a number of times. Now 08/04/23, recall is still open. I will take it back to the original dealership, 30+ miles away to perform the recall. I will never go to the Honda of Concord NC dealership again, but drive 29 additional miles to a competent dealership. More
