Daniel Farkas was wonderful to work with! I’m out of state and after unsuccessfully searching for cars locally I found the car I wanted there at Concord Honda. When I reached out to Daniel he was very good at answering all of my questions and was responsive to me, even on his days off. I feel that he went well beyond what most other salespeople did, as far as giving me all the information I asked for, photos and videos of my vehicle he worked with me every step of the way to help me stay well within my price range. At the end of the day, he delivered my vehicle to me and then sat and explained almost every feature of the vehicle has and how to use it Daniel is obviously knowledgeable when it comes to what he’s talking about and willing to do whatever it takes to earn his trust. I had a wonderful experience with Daniel and I hope that I will keep my car for many years to come, but in the event that I’m searching again, I feel I would go straight to him as opposed to trying to find something locally. They don’t add stupid stuff like overpriced scotchguard, or a LoJack system you don’t want. They don’t pad their tag and title fees. It’s refreshing that they are not out to take advantage of the uninformed. And her salesman, Seth Rodgers, was an even bigger surprise. She decided on a vehicle at another Hendrick dealership 2 hours away. When their transport team couldn’t get it to concord until Monday (it was Thursday night) and he knew she needed wheels ASAP, HE went and got it for her Friday. Talk about over and above customer service, He’s that good! Honda of Concord, you impressed me, and coming from someone in the industry, you know that’s rare. Well done.
