We have had 12 Honda's over the years. I can definitely say the Honda of Concord has exceeded ALL expectations. We just picked up a 2025 Passport to replace our 2022 Pilot TrailSport. This is our 3rd purchase with Honda of Concord, and every time the experience gets better. My salesman, Sean Matanovic, continues to impress me with his professionalism and dedication to superior customer service. He has continually kept in contact with me throughout our leases to make sure everything was great with our cars and to see if we needed anything from him. When I contacted him about coming in early to trade in the Pilot, Sean was 250 miles away in Atlanta getting training for a promotion. In spite of that, Sean contacted me back that day to find out what I was looking for, and then sent me several stock numbers for me to go online and see to determine which cars I wanted to come and drive. He then let me know that he would be back late Friday, but would be at the Dealership early (7:00am) on Saturday. We set a 10:00 appointment for that day and Sean continued to communicate throughout the week. Even when we got there, Sean continued to look for a solution when the 2 Pilots we had chosen to look at didn't quite line up with our needs. Sean determined that our needs could be met with a Passport and grabbed one "right off the truck" for us to drive. It was exactly what we needed. As I am typing this at 8:00am in the morning, Sean is texting me to make sure we are happy and to make sure we don't need anything else. I seriously can't say enough about Sean and Honda of Concord. More

Came here looking for a newer version of my Passport. Ended up driving the Ridgeline and loved it! Got more features with the Ridgeline for a great deal. Jakob was super helpful!
