Over many years, it has been our great displeasure even to think of purchasing a vehicle. I’m sure many others have been there! The gamut runs from someone trying to oversell you, sell you on something you don’t want, lie to you outright… take all day with the back-and-forth, gyp you on your trade. The list is endless. And, don’t forget the endless clicking of the ‘calculator’ (or the finance guy) which, in the end, invariably results in joy for the dealership and some combination only of relief, exasperation, and varying degrees of dismay for the buyer. While I will say I don’t think we received as much for our trade as we could and should have, every other aspect of this buying occasion was flawless. We brought some things to the table, but such as been the case before, but without the same honest, therefore pleasant outcome. We highly recommend the dealership for their conscientious attention to detail, having handled every single thing for us, as well as for their kindness and courtesy.
