That's when my service advisor stepped in and told Larry that one tire would not suffice because the car would not be balanced. So, Larry offered to give me two tires for free. I agreed to pay for the other that one tire would not suffice because the car would not be balanced. So, Larry offered to give me two tires for free. I agreed to pay for the other two tires so that I could have four new tires. This cost me $788. The problem was not the fact that the tires were worn down to 50% tread or the fact that I had to purchase new tires. The problem was Larry's refusal to take accountability, placing blame on me, not apologizing for the HUGE inconvenience this has caused me, and his lack of compassion and empathy. The problem also included the fact that Nicholas DID NOT perform the tire patch on my car at all, loss wages due to making a second trip to the dealership and spending another 5 hours there. All 4 of my rims were severely scratched! Larry Burris, Kindal, and Nicholas are incompetent and need to be held responsible for my losses. I want to be compensated for the money and time I lost & for new rims that were destroyed by Adrian! More

He was able to work with our credit to beat the quoted rate we received online. Once in the finance office, Yolanda Williams made the process seamless, and easy.
