I wish I could give Jakob Stocksen 100 STARS! I will never ever forget my experience with him. I went to him after several denials in small car lots and just knew I would be denied. I went in told him my situation and truly just wanted to give myself peace of mind that I exhausted everything. Jakob treated me with dignity and respect. Single mom and not the best situation, he knew I needed a car. I been carless as my transmission went out for 3 months and been struggling.He pushed…. PUSHED! His finance team and Jakob worked so hard to get me approved for my car. Still I had doubts but he stuck with me as we exhausted all options. Not once did he pressure me to try to find more money then what I told him I had. He was not pushy at all but just showed me the support I genuinely needed. I had no family, no friends around and he stuck with me until the end and even delivered my car to me. He was so patient as I had no idea how to use a newer model car.
