I worked with Lee Brown on the phone prior to visiting the dealership and he was most helpful in finding the mini van that we wanted. We had two vehicles to trade and we felt Honda of Concord was fair wi the dealership and he was most helpful in finding the mini van that we wanted. Lee was very professional and helpful. Tom Teiro was the salesperson who helped us and he did a GREAT job. He took time to explain the features in detail and answer our questions about the car. The manager Rick was much more rushed and not as customer-focused. The price I paid was somewhat higher than planned, but they did give me a good deal on my trade-in. This is the second car purchased at Hendrick cars of Concord and I would go back, but just remember not to rush through the buying experience. More

I was well greeted when get to honda of concord. Larry was all ears when I was explaining to him what I was looking for. Husband and I purchased 2012 CR-V. Mr. Lee Brown was a pleasure to work with, not pushy and knew every thing the vehicle was capable of and took his time to explain all of it. I believe that Brian has to realize that $25000 is a large figure to some people and would be better off if he dropped his strictly business attitude. Explanination are a great tool. If Dentis and Brian would have switched places I would have left and looked for a YUGO dealer. One rule Honda Of Concord and Honda USA could have looked at that was the vehicle, a 2012 EX L V6 was previously purchased before and had a approx.100 miles on it and until the very end after the test drive and negotiations, I was told since it was used and .09 % finance was voided and also some of the lifetime warranty. I thought I was doing Honda of Concord and Honda USA a small favor by purchasing a USED 2012 vehicle and that they would in turn do the right thing. (THEY DIDN'T) All in all I would tell my friends to check everything out before the final negotations are concluded More
