I was well greeted when get to honda of concord. Larry was all ears when I was explaining to him what I was looking for. I believe that Brian has to realize that $25000 is a large figure to some people and would be better off if he dropped his strictly business attitude. Explanination are a great tool. If Dentis and Brian would have switched places I would have left and looked for a YUGO dealer. One rule Honda Of Concord and Honda USA could have looked at that was the vehicle, a 2012 EX L V6 was previously purchased before and had a approx.100 miles on it and until the very end after the test drive and negotiations, I was told since it was used and .09 % finance was voided and also some of the lifetime warranty. I thought I was doing Honda of Concord and Honda USA a small favor by purchasing a USED 2012 vehicle and that they would in turn do the right thing. (THEY DIDN'T) All in all I would tell my friends to check everything out before the final negotations are concluded More

I will probably even drive up to Concord to have the car serviced when it is needed. I love the Civic I bought. It's beautiful, classy, rides like a dream and it's affordable.
