We contacted Brian via e-mail. We met him at the dealership and test drove a new 2013 Honda Accord. I already knew the color of the car and the interior I wanted. They gave me a great deal on my 2004 Honda, I couldn't say no! I also purchased a great service contract. The whole experience was great, everyone was exceptionally nice and friendly, no games, no haggling...the only downside is that we were there over two hours from the time we walked in, test drove, and made the deal, and met with finance, which we had to do even though I paid cash. He showed us the warranties and packages we could purchase which was worth the time, but the whole process was a little long for me. I definitely recommend Honda of Concord. More

I came into the dealership looking for a specific used car I found on the internet. It's a mega-dealership. I went to buy a used car, and customer service was great. There was no waiting around, even on a busy Saturday, because there were many staff people there. Jim Doyle was very enjoyable to work with - he has a great personality and was not pushy. Looking back, they could have shown me more options, and now I can tell that they were trying to get a particular car off the lot. However, I am ultimately still satisfied with my purchase. The finance manager, Phillip Rundo, did a great job of finding the best interest rate on financing. That said, he should have done a better job of explaining details of the extended warranty that they sold me. In the finance consultation, they try to quickly convince you to make a decision about the warranty; it took me by surprise, and I had to make a quick decision. It puts you on the spot and makes you more likely to buy it. It does not mean the extended warranty is bad by any means - I think it's legitimate if you want the extra assurance. Just be prepared to be offered an extra warranty in the end if you are buying new or a used certified car, and factor that into your cost calculations. Otherwise, you will spend more money than you originally wanted to. More
