All that seemed to matter here was to get the sale. I did alot of research before going to honda of concord to be ahead of the game. I was lied to several times and pushed through the whole process bein did alot of research before going to honda of concord to be ahead of the game. I was lied to several times and pushed through the whole process being asked to sign things which I was not explained. The vehicle was listed as a certified pre owned and been through a 150 point inspection and having the remainder of the 7 year/100,000 mile powertrain warranty. Well this all changed when it came time to sign all the paperwork. The warranty had to be purchased separately along with the certification. I asked them why was it advertised with warranty and pre owned certification. Their answer was that the advertising was a little misleading. Then I only had the vehicle two days and the air conditioning did not work and the check engine light came on. Overall I did not fill confortable about my purchase and service at Honda of Concord. I was just another number for them. More
