During the inspection and test drive she pointed out all the functionality the vehicle had to offer and had us test each one to ensure we knew what we were purchasing. During the processing steps she would provide updates so we weren't left for long periods of time wondering what was going on, and she answered every question in a straightforward manner. I never felt pressured, they answered all of my questions, and in the end I felt like I found the right car and made a good deal. Bob Whitmore gave me a fair trade allowance without the traumatic back and forth negotiations. David Feingold in Finance was great as well. I was on a time crunch, and these guys had me in and out in less than an hour and a half start to finish. This is not the first car that I have bought from the Hendrick family of dealerships, and I can say that across the board, no matter the dealership, you get treated with respect and are treated fairly. I feel very confident highly recommending Jim and Tom and the crew at Honda of Concord, but also any of the Hendrick dealerships. More

I made an appointment with Chris Cook, well the day of appointment I was informed that it was Chris's day off and someone else would be more than happy to assist me. The good news is I had the opportunity to meet with Robert Beasley. Robert was very patient and knowledgeable of the type of car that I was looking for and I would highly recommend Robert to anyone that is in the market for a car. The car buying process went smoothly however when it came time to talk about the financial aspect that’s when everything went downhill, I had already contacted my credit union to get approved for an auto loan prior to my appointment but of course the finance department wanted to get me what they called a better deal so they run my credit again! The so call better deal was a $6 difference and cost me six additional credit inquiries on my credit report; I was highly annoyed because an inquiry will stay on your credit report for two years. More
