Purchased a new Honda Pilot from Honda of Concord on Saturday, 8/17. My experience, from start to finish, was excellent. I worked with Cody Burris as my sales person, and he was knowledgeable about th Saturday, 8/17. My experience, from start to finish, was excellent. I worked with Cody Burris as my sales person, and he was knowledgeable about the car, in addition to being friendly and courteous. Not a "high pressure" salesman at all! He listened closely to my requirements, took me for a test drive, and helped me compare the costs of a recent model used Pilot as opposed to a new Pilot. After deciding on the new Pilot, he was excellent to work with during the negotiation process. I had an exact idea on what I felt was fair for both my trade as well as the new vehicle, and Cody worked with his sales manager to come extremely close to my initial financial goals. I feel as though I was treated very fairly throughout the process and received an excellent deal. The finance department was very good as well. They offered me the various warranties, insurance coverages, and service plans, but did not apply a lot of pressure during the process, which was appreciated. Paperwork was completed quickly as well. Cody stayed well after official closing hours to make sure that the new vehicle's functionality was fully explained to me before my departure. It was an excellent experience over all, and I would not hesitate to recommend both Cody and Honda of Concord to any of my friends and family. More
