My New Van Negotiation I was looking for a new Honda Odyssey SE 2016. I had already gotten quotes from other dealerships but wanted to get one from Honda of Concord before I was looking for a new Honda Odyssey SE 2016. I had already gotten quotes from other dealerships but wanted to get one from Honda of Concord before I made a decision. At 11:30 am on October 30th I had an appointment with Timbo Black. Immediately I was comforted by his easy demeanor and big smile. After sitting down I told him exactly what I wanted and what price I was willing to pay for the new van. Negotiations went quickly and I got the price I wanted and heated leather seats on top of it. When the finance manager came over to get me I thought my time with Timbo was over but he played with my three children the entire time I was filling out paperwork! The atmosphere was friendly and the people helpful and knowledgeable. Salesman, Frank R. was not pushy or high pressure, he just answered my questions and listened to what I had to say. I had when I bought my Civic one year prior. He worked fast to help me get the paperwork finished and accommodate my limited time schedule.
