Exceptional Treatment Our recent visit to Honda of Concord was nothing short of exceptional. From the minute we walked into the dealership and met Robin Owens and she educ Our recent visit to Honda of Concord was nothing short of exceptional. From the minute we walked into the dealership and met Robin Owens and she educated us on the Pilot and took us on a test drive. It was clearly obvious she was passionate about her job and her knowledge and expertise on the Honda Pilot was incredible!!! Sales Manager Chip Olin who worked with us and Robin was also a true professional who did his due diligence in working out our purchase of a 2016 Pilot, and continued to scour the shipping information to track down the vehicle we were interested in. He was able to get the vehicle from another dealership and we were able to take delivery almost a month earlier than anticipated. When Chip was away for a few days on vacation, Shane Purser filled in and was also great to work with in Chip's short absence. Chris Ijames who handled the financing was an absolute genius at helping us through all the paperwork and working with us to get the best loan rate that was available and was great to work with, a true professional. Robin spent time with us after the car arrived at the dealership showing us all the bells and whistles on the Pilot so we felt absolutely comfortable when we got in and drove it off the lot. Austin Miller also was a tremendous asset as we sat in the car and worked through the electronics, phone pairing, radio functions, etc. All in all, the whole experience was great. We've purchased Tundra's over the years from their sister (Toyota) dealership and had always had a very rewarding experience and our experience at Honda of Concord was really exceptional. Robin, Chip, Shane, Chris and Austin are outstanding representatives and made what can sometimes be a very demoralizing experience into one that was virtually painless. Honda of Concord is blessed to have employees who are not only true professionals and love what they do, but they convey that passion to customers by making them feel like part of a family. More
