Robin Owens made our experience such a pleasant one. We were looking for a used car for our 17 year old daughter. Robin understood the payment we wanted to make and didn't waste our time looking at cars our daughter couldn't afford. She was very thorough when going over the car and explaining to us what to look for to see if the car had been repainted or damaged. Of course we got the carfax from her but the information she shared with us can be carried forward to other car purchases. We didn't spend a lot of time sitting around and waiting for the financing and paperwork. Everything went smoothly. A very nice experience. I can't recall the name of the finance person we spoke with but he was wonderful. More

Trading in My 2015 Honda Accord for CRV lease. After purchasing a 2015 Honda Accord last October, I just was not happy. I went for oil change and Bob Huillier, service manager asked how I liked my After purchasing a 2015 Honda Accord last October, I just was not happy. I went for oil change and Bob Huillier, service manager asked how I liked my car.....I said....OK but it wasn't what I really wanted. He took all my info on the Accord then walked me into the show room. He set me up with Robing Owens...Robin Ownes was wonderful!!! She walked me through the trade in of my Honda Accord and leasing a CRV.....Mike Maman and Ted Johnson were super understanding and really helped me work out the kinks and doubts. Because of my previous experience with Honda of Concord, I was very reluctant to return, but Robin was so very understanding and really cared. Mike and Ted were very easy to work with and explained EVERY question I had!!! I could not have asked for a more AWESOME team and will tell everyone I know to ask for them I am very excited to drive my CRV and feel very confident that I made the best decision!!! Warning: Do not use their service department! I purchased a used Toyota Highlander from Honda of Concord, and was told by my sales associate that “everything works” as they have a very detailed in I purchased a used Toyota Highlander from Honda of Concord, and was told by my sales associate that “everything works” as they have a very detailed inspection before they sell their cars. I find out that the trailer wiring doesn’t work and the rear glass is also defective. Unfortunately, I found this out after their warranty had expired. When I called them, they told me to bring it in. After they looked at it, they refused to fix it as they assumed I wanted the repairs done for free. I told them 3x I would pay for the repairs but wanted a discount as I was told everything works. After 4.5hrs of waiting, they couldn’t fix the trailer wiring, and didn’t even attempt to fix the rear glass. My experience purchasing the Highlander was great, but you have been warned, they will not repair the cars they sell. I wish someone would have told me this, as I drove away from the dealership for the last time, 4.5hrs later, with neither the trailer wiring fixed, or the glass fixed. More
