I also was impressed when we posed a question she did not readily know the answer to, she exhibited honesty and a willingness to find out. I have had other sales people in the past flat out lie rather than say they didn't know. It inspired confidence in dealing with her. She went above and beyond to ensure we were as comfortable as possible at the dealership as well as with the process. She also showed concern for my two children that came with us to see the new car. It was very evident she wanted us to be happy with the deal and did all she could to get the deal we wanted. I would highly recommend Joy. More
