Honda cars are the best! My journey started when my college student was involved in an accident, and his vehicle was deemed a total loss. All I heard from him is "Mom I want a Dodge Charger!" Being a woman that has always owned Honda vehicles and knowing how reliable they are, I said I don't think it is a good idea to buy a used Dodge. I don't know a lot about Dodge, but according to the reviews, it wasn't the best choice for my son. After looking on Craig's List and at other dealerships, I convinced my son in going to Honda of Concord just to look around at their used inventory. I am very familiar with this dealership because I take my 2004 Honda there for service. We were greeted with a warm welcome and introduced to Ms. Wendy Previtire. She was very kind, patient and extremely helpful with us, knowing that this was my son's first car purchase. She showed us about 3 vehicles and surprisingly he picked a 2013 Honda Accord. They even let him drive the vehicle home on Sunday, while we worked out the financing. Wendy, thank you again for making my son's car buying experience a great one! Robin Owens made our experience such a pleasant one. We were looking for a used car for our 17 year old daughter. Robin understood the payment we wanted to make and didn't waste our time looking at cars our daughter couldn't afford. She was very thorough when going over the car and explaining to us what to look for to see if the car had been repainted or damaged. Of course we got the carfax from her but the information she shared with us can be carried forward to other car purchases. We didn't spend a lot of time sitting around and waiting for the financing and paperwork. Everything went smoothly. A very nice experience. I can't recall the name of the finance person we spoke with but he was wonderful. More

Upon our arrival we were greeted by a friendly smile from our salesman, Tom Teiro. Tom was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and answered any questions we had. Phil Rundo and Tom worked with us to get us to a place we felt comfortable in terms of pricing. Ted Johnson was top notch in the financing department. The entire staff was friendly and courteous, I highly recommend Tom Teiro and the entire HOC staff for the purchase of a new vehicle, of course we didn't expect anything less from a Hendrick dealership.
