While having my van serviced, I wandered on to the sales floor to see if it was time to switch to the Honda Pilot. Timbo Black offered his help and was extremely patient with me in explaining all of the differences and took me on a test drive. In the end, I was not ready to switch from my Odyssey, but there was no pressure from Timbo and he genuinely wanted me to be happy in the end. I commend Honda of Concord for keeping experienced sales people of staff that truly have your customers best interests at heart. It is the thing that will keep me coming back. More

Chris was AMAZING!!!! I went to Honda cars of Concord just to look and gain some information on the new HRV. I was very up front with Chris about this and he never made me I went to Honda cars of Concord just to look and gain some information on the new HRV. I was very up front with Chris about this and he never made me feel bad about just looking. I had a million questions and he patiently answered each one. He took me around the whole lot and showed me all the colors and interior choices. He was never once bothered by any questions. (There were a ton because he had me and my parents asking at the same time.). He made the process so easy for me!!! I am in love with my new car and am so happy with everything Chris taught me. He never once talked down to me, which as a second time has been the case everywhere else. I have told everyone I know about my experience with Chris and 100 percent recommend him. More

I purchased by 3rd Honda (CRV) in 2002 in Concord, NC and had most of the service work done in Conco Since 1991 - I have been a dedicated Honda owner. I purchased by 3rd Honda (CRV) in 2002 in Concord, NC and had most of the service work done in Concord. This weekend, I decided to trade it in (14.6 yrs later) for a 2016 CRV LX..so my husband and I can use it to enjoy our retirement years. Tom Teiro, (Retail Sales Consultant) assisted us with the purchase and we are very pleased with his courteous and friendly personality, professionalism, ability to listen to exactly what we wanted in a Honda.
