Honda of Concord, Carols Cruz I experienced great customer service from Carlos Cruz in the purchase of my 2010 Kia Sedona on Thursday, Jan 14-Saturday, Jan 16. I found the car via I experienced great customer service from Carlos Cruz in the purchase of my 2010 Kia Sedona on Thursday, Jan 14-Saturday, Jan 16. I found the car via internet search on Thursday evening. Carlos reached out to me that night and worked with me on Friday evening for the test drive. Carols then worked to allow me to take the car home overnight and all of Saturday for my family to have an extended test drive. We bought the car on Saturday night. She was extremely knowledgeable about the two models we were looking at and never pushed one over the other, simply presented the positive aspects of both. The product service person was very helpful in explaining the "bells and whistles," and helping us set them up. The service manager and technicians were very helpful when we brought the vehicle back because of a slight vibration at higher speeds. They explained that in their analysis this was caused by flat spots on the tires, assuring me that the vibration would be gone in app. 500 miles. The manager urged us to bring the car back to them if the vibration did not go away. More

Frustration after purchase It is painful to deal with so far. The past Finance Manager Les Steele once your purchase is made. He does his best to sell, but if you need to cancel It is painful to deal with so far. The past Finance Manager Les Steele once your purchase is made. He does his best to sell, but if you need to cancel your service plan for any reason, he will do anything he can to avoid the cancelation go through before it is too late for a full refund. He will promise you what you want if you email him or meet him in store, but his email is always vague about how much he will refund you. He always says "next week" or "in 10 days" but actually made his customer waiting for 6 weeks and he still has not processed anything. Thanks to Sandy McGinnis who wrote a check in a half day and promised to mail it to Honda finance the next day. However, Honda finance (just about 40 miles away) has not yet received the check after a week of the claimed mail date. In addition, I do not like the way they sell cars. They added "accessories" such as stripe painting, window tinting, tire lock to a new car, and you cannot just buy a new car without most of such additional stuffs charged at a high price. Although I bought the car because of emergency, I do not like to be charged for what I meant not to buy, especially for an expensive nonsense. More

She explained everything out to me no matter how many silly newbie questions I had, as this was my first time buying/trading with/from a dealership, she helped us figure out all our options and laid the out for us in a great way that helped us make a decision in a confident manner. Over all our experience with Rosalee Hix and Phil Rundo was excellent and very helpful to our family and we made a deal the same day. Very legit, formal and by the books and very fair on trade values. I felt confident, respected, safe in my decisions, I felt I could trust my sales woman and Mr. Rundo, and i felt safe in my decision to make the trade.
