When we arrived Joy was unfortunately busy but Phillip was able to help us with the test drives. We inadvertently set a record with 4 test drives (both myself and my wife test drove two cars) but throughout the process Philip was friendly and helpful and was knowledgeable enough to answer our questions. Once we decided to purchase the car we found the process smooth and appreciated that there were no additional hard sales tactics. Joy spent 30 minutes with us before we left making sure we understood everything about the car. Overall we found it a great experience and would highly recommend both Joy and Phillip to anyone. More
Love my car My credit wasn't the best, so getting into a car that I wanted was going to be hard. Joy had pulled a MIRACLE. I got a car that I love thanks to Joy. Searching online helped me have a game plan that made buying my pre-owned 2012 Civic much easier than I expected. When I got to the dealership, everything went smoothly. I was treated with respect, and Joy took the time to review the pros and cons of several different options. Chris Ijames helped me with the financing options, which were clear and simple. I’m very happy with this first-time car buying experience and my new car. More
Bad experience I called hours ahead to see a car on the lot. The salesman tells me the car is on the lot and that someone at the dealer will have key waiting for me. After making the hour commute to see the car, not only was the salesman not there, but the car had been SOLD already. This was after communicating with him throughout the day and him promising me a look at the car. After that ridiculousness, the salesman who informed me of the car being sold already, has the disrespect to want to show me other cars. You have to be kidding me?! Also, had to wait almost 45 minutes just to see a rep. Thanks but no thanks. I wouldn't recommend this dealer to anyone. More

She answered all of my initial questions over email, and once we arrived to the dealership she gave my wife and I a very detailed tour of the used Toyota Highlander. I was very impressed with her knowledge of a used Toyota at a Honda dealership. Once we started talking numbers, I felted no pressure from her. When I left to checkout additional Highlanders at other dealerships, Joy's level of service stood apart from what I received at the other places. Joy even answered my follow-up emails on her day off. Thanks to Joy, we were able to purchase the best Highlander available, with the cleanest Carfax at the best price. More
Lies, lies, and more lies! Worst experience ever. Was quoted an OTD price via internet. I asked for the stock number of the vehicle quoted, and it was sent to me. I have an enti Worst experience ever. Was quoted an OTD price via internet. I asked for the stock number of the vehicle quoted, and it was sent to me. I have an entire email trail showing everything from the agreed upon price to the stock number of the car, but when I show up they try to charge me $1,700 more because of "dealer accessories". I walked out of the dealership and had to have my wife drive back 45 minutes to pick me up. Sales Manager could have cared less. I have reached out for legal advice and we plan to pursue. We will also be contacting the BBB. Please be aware of the bait and switch game! More

I've had bad experiences in the past with dealerships attempting to get on over on me, but I believe Joy was honest and fair during the negotiations. I give her my highest recommendation and would happily work with her on any future purchase. More

She took time to go everything about the car when we test drove it. Just an awesome person!!! David Fogg in the finance department was great too. We had some financial difficulties but got us through all of that. Thanks David. Also Brian Emmerich was very nice going over the financial paperwork. We are so happy we have a new Honda. The car is in excellent shape and we are very confident in it despite the increasing mileage. Larry Burris in service department consistently provides excellent customer service- performing all work as agreed and going above and beyond by informing us of potential future issues. That is very helpful for planning our budget and schedule. So for example during a regular maintenance visit he may say, we noticed wear on the steering tie rods and they will need some work in the next 6 months. Now I know what to expect and can plan for it. Very confident in this dealership and thank you Larry. Not going anywhere else! More
