He was nice, knowledgeable, and transparent - he also gave me the best price out of the gate, without a whole lot of back and forth. Chris truly had our best interest at heart, and I was extremely impressed with how Chris bent over backwards for us, even coming in to the office (more than once) on his day off to help us out. We were also under a significant time crunch to get the deal closed and get back to our 'day jobs', and he really did everything within his power to make that happen. If/when I buy another Honda, I will definitely be going back to Chris & Honda of Concord. More
