Joy rocks! Our experience at Honda of Concord was amazing! It was mostly due to our amazing sales associate, Joy! She was amazing from start to finish. I test d Our experience at Honda of Concord was amazing! It was mostly due to our amazing sales associate, Joy! She was amazing from start to finish. I test drove one of the Odyssey’s a few months ago, but was not yet ready. We stayed in contact and she would reach out to me with specials as I requested. Eventually, my husband and I realized we actually wanted to trade in both of the leases we were unhappy with, and Joy helped us with a complicated double trade-in. Now we have a great Civic and the Odyssey and are both super happy! We have cars that make more sense for our family of 5 and are very happy with the deals we got as well! Can’t say enough good things about Joy! Definitely request her! I know I’ll be sending my friends to her. More
