Mr. Russ Carter, Service Department Manager May 23, 2018, was my first time working with Mr. Russ Carter, in the Service Dept. I was faced with an unfortunate situation that was in need of immed May 23, 2018, was my first time working with Mr. Russ Carter, in the Service Dept. I was faced with an unfortunate situation that was in need of immediate attention. Mr. Carter, was informed of my problem, blindly but provided excellent customer service in assisting me by handling the matter quickly. After hearing my concerns I was assured that he would resolve them, and that he did. I am posting this review because I have seen the good the bad and the ugly as well as excellent customer service, but Mr. Carter, exceeded my expectations by displaying exemplary Managerial / Leadership skills in a warm friendly and professional manner. His listening skills and compassion shown to me and quick resolution will never be forgotten. Thank You Mr. Russ Carter for being attentive to my urgent situation and resolving the matter quickly. Because of your awesome Management skills I will remain a loyal customer. Thank you once again for a job well done! More

I went online seeking to find the right salesperson for me. After reading the reviews I decided to call and spoke with Mrs. Owens, over the phone and the rest is history. After making my initial purchase, whenever I visited the service department on her scheduled day to work she always made me feel like a valued customer, and took the time to visit with me when she wasn't busy. I recently had the pleasure of working with Mrs. Owens, in the purchase of my 2nd Honda. She has remained true to her Integrity and Godly Character. I would advise anyone to work with Robin Owens, as their Sales Consultant. I also loved the fact that she's not overbearing and very competent. For me, Mrs. Owens, was and has been a rare find. In our world today, it's truly rare to find salespersons of integrity, that cares more about their customers than making a sale. She’s stuck with me I took my Honda Accord in for an oil change and had the pleasure of dealing with Shacoya. From the moment I pulled into the bay until I drove off, I f I took my Honda Accord in for an oil change and had the pleasure of dealing with Shacoya. From the moment I pulled into the bay until I drove off, I felt as if I were her only customer. She was very warm and friendly. As I requested the oil change I began to ask a series of questions about the dealership and about issues that I’m having with my car. She genuinely listened, thoughtfully answered my questions and offered several options to come back in and have my car checked out. I’m sure I asked several dumb questions during our conversation but at no point in time did she make me feel that way. At the end of the check in process, she walked me and my terrible twosome into the waiting room and gave us a quick tour. We sat down and Shacoya worked her magic. A short while later, she came back into the waiting room and explained what was done to my car and explained what they found wrong with my car. Because of Shacoya’s customer service, I decided to have my tires realigned. The alignment was completed very quickly. Shacoya came back in and walked us to our car. Because of Shacoya and the technician that worked on my car, you have a new customer. I have two Hondas and will be bringing them both to her for service and maintenance. Normally the car buying process can be a drag but she made it quick and straight to the point. Robin even called days later to check on me and my purchase. She is great at her job. Brian also goes over and beyond so that you are getting a good deal and paying what you can afford. Before going to the Honda dealership I went to Ben Mynatt and talked to Richard Chadwick. He could definitely use some pointers from you guys. Not every female that buys a car is clueless. More

Service Beyond Expectations I highly recommend Honda of Concord and the Hendrick Automotive Group in general. My wife and I recently purchased a VW EOS Convertible from Honda of Concord. The sales staff was friendly without being pushy and overbearing. The purchase process was efficient and we were on our way in short order. About two weeks after purchasing the car the headlights stopped working. The car had just over 36,000 miles on it so it was no longer covered by the factory warranty. We contacted the sales manager and they immediately stepped up to take care of the repair -- without an argument or a debate. They completely reset my expectations when it comes to buying a "certified" / used car. These guys are honest and reliable, be sure to at least stop by when it comes time to buy your next car. More

Great Car Service - Ride to Work Service STINKS!!! Attentiveness to customer and service to vehicle were great. But I cannot give the best rating because the ride to work service was extremely poor. Attentiveness to customer and service to vehicle were great. But I cannot give the best rating because the ride to work service was extremely poor. Not only did I have to wait 30 minutes for the rider van to show up... when the vehicle arrived I was the only one waiting and I cracked the door to ask if this was my ride which resulted in a nasty look before response 'yes'... then I provided my destination and was told to wait... then others got in the vehicle and he started taking their information... although my destination was only 7 minutes away, the driver said the was going to a much further destination first because that person was waiting longer (longer than the 30 minutes I waited?) and he was dropping people off in the order that he got the requests. I understand first come first serve to get into the van, however from there it should be closest first followed by a 'circle' route which would be fair to clients and get the vehicle back to the shop to pick-up more clients much faster. I refused the ride which would have taken an easy 40 minutes. By the time the vehicle returned, 1 1/2 hours after my arrival, my vehicle was ready. I lost 2 hours of work due to the extremely poor rider service offered. More
