Skeptical walking in, smiling walking out I had totaled my car and my heart had just sunk. I was emotionally attached to my car so needless to say, I had a rough month talking to insurance com I had totaled my car and my heart had just sunk. My local State Farm insurance agent recommended Joy Spencer and raved about her. The more he talked about her, the more I became skeptical because I had a very limited budget (under 10K) and I was not sure that Joy would be able to help me find what I was looking for "within" my budget. He got in touch with Joy - Joy got in touch with me and made this painful car search such a wonderful experience. From my initial introduction to signing the papers, Joy was a real joy to work with! Unlike some other places I had been to where the sales rep were unpleasantly pushy, Joy was respectful and gave my husband and I the privacy to think and talk it out.
