I said what a great experience it was 4 us and that TimBo Black was the best car salesman I had ever done buisness with . I also recommended that if u needed a car 2 go c Timbo at Honda of Concord and that I would b back with mine . We'll that being said I didn't no I would b back so soon . My son needed a car immediately . So after about 3 days of looking we found the car he wanted. It was n the Hendrick automotive group but at another dealer, so I called Timbo up, told him the situation and he said I'll take care of everything . He personally went and picked up the car drove it back , had it detailed , had all the paperwork ready and waiting when we arrived at 12:45 2day . My son was driving home at 2:30 . My friends,I'll say it again, if u need a car 4 any reason and don't go c Timbo Black at Honda of Concord u r making a huge mistake . He will take care of and treat u like u want 2 b treated . Great Experience I had Kirsten Larsen for my Sales Rep. and Gerard. Kirsten came to me and ask me was i interested in the 2016 Honda EXL. From the start she was interrested in showing me why i should make the purchase of the vehicle i wanted for the right price to fit my budget She was very helpful and friendly as she help me get aquainted to the New 2016 Honda Accord . I was (blowed away) of what Kirsten showed me the vehicle offered. Gerard provided me the numbers for my trade in and got me near my asking price deal for my Toyota Camry. Finance manager Christopher attended to the trade in amount i discussed with Gerard and got the necessary paperwork together to make this trade -in toward the purchase of my New 2016 Honda. Chris Cook, helped me throughout my car buying process and it was great to work with him. I took a cab to dealership on a rainy day and Chris made it sure that I drive my new Honda Accord back home. He was able to get me the vehicle well within my budget with all the possible benefits. He explained every aspect of the process and helped me in making a decision right there. I never felt that I am being pushed for a hard sale, he is good listener, polite and very honest. Best thing I liked was that I was explained each and every piece of paper before I signed them. Also he made sure to check on me as in how am I liking the new car or if I am facing any issues. I was assured that Chris, Sales team and Honda of accord will be there to help me till the lifetime of my car. I was introduced to General Sales Manager and Finance manager to finish up the process. Rough Start but it all worked out in the end The sales people don't always answer questions correctly and you really have to be prepared to negotiate for finance, but overall it was a positive ex The sales people don't always answer questions correctly and you really have to be prepared to negotiate for finance, but overall it was a positive experience and I am happy with my car. On the test drive our salesman told us a lot of things that we found out later were not true (for example, bluetooth not working with Android phones and there being no way to start the car if the battery in the proximity key dies). This really turned me off from the car for awhile, but after researching online I found out that both of those things were untrue. I did find Kevin very helpful when I was shopping around. He answered my questions when I had them and unlike other dealerships gave me straight answers on the price which is why I eventually went with Honda of Concord. Financing was another headache. I was given a rate of 4.99% which was a bit high for my credit. Thankfully, as it took a few days to get the car in the particular color I wanted I was able to spend some time negotiating a lower rate and Phil in the finance office responded very favorably. He not only met but did better than the 2.75% rate I got from my credit union. I would recommend others using this dealership to do their research on both the vehicle and financing options before walking in the door. If you keep your wits about you it can be a very pleasant experience. More
