However, I was especially pleased with the car buying process and experience. The process was smooth and efficient. Mr. Black found the vehicles that I was interested in, in a very timely manner. After test driving the first vehicle I knew that it was the one. Mr. Black made the appraisal of my trade in super easy and made getting me into a new ca seamless. Mr. Black was kind, courteous, and a pleasure to work with. At no point did I feel rushed to make a decision, but at the same time I never felt that any of my time was being wasted. The Easiest Thing That I've Done Lately I knew the type of vehicle, Nissan Altima Coupe, that I wanted. At the suggestion of my coworker, I contacted Honda of Concord. The first car that I went to look at was at Honda of Concord & had quickly sold. I actually chased 3 down to no avail. I went back to look at another but it wasn't the color that I wanted. The salesman mentioned that they had taken in another but it had not been listed on their site. He showed it to me in the detail department & I knew it was exactly what I wanted. That was last Wednesday. Thursday the financing went through, I signed the papers on Friday. The salesman, Patrick Ellis, suggested letting them do some further detail and cleaning. I picked it up today and it was more beautiful & perfect than I expected! With helping my elderly parents, a totaled car & working, this truly was the easiest thing that I've done in the last 3 weeks. More

This was by far the most pleasant experience that I have had with a new car purchase in several years. My salesperson, Gerard ApaDula is one of several individuals who made this experience very pleasant. Gerard is highly professional and extremely knowledgeable of his product line. He treats his customers with respect, and listens to what they say. It was not very long before I had two options in front of me to consider. Payment amounts were not discussed during the entire transaction. It was really geared to my personal needs. Gerard wanted to ensure that he had helped me select the correct vehicle, and I appreciated that. Of course I did my homework before going to the dealership, so I knew the value of my trade. I also had a True Car certificate, so I knew what they could do from a numbers perspective. The numbers were dead on, and to my surprise far better than I had expected, so there was no "Haggle". It was pretty much "One and Done". The sales manager Shane Purser was very courteous and spent some time getting to know me, which I really appreciated. He came over to close the deal that was negotiated. The finance specialist, Ted Johnson ensured that all of my needs were met and presented me with several options to consider. Nothing was "High Pressure", but was very relaxed and very professional. If you are looking for a extremely positive stress free professional car buying experience, then give Gerard a call.
