Honda of Concord responded

Mr. Middleton, I spoke with Eric Wright the Service Director. While Hunter did have the rear alignment checked, he did not imply that the rear camber kit was under warranty. The alignment was performed somewhere else and yes, it is out of alignment which was not performed at Honda of Concord prior to this visit nor any other service. This mis-aligment has caused the excessive wear on your tires. Hence, the reason why Bob today recommended tires. Hunter did call you on 2 occassions to update you on the availability of Camber Kits. Since there was no return call, Hunter did not assume you wanted to order them. Your appointment today was for the recall on the transmission service. As a side note, Eric's shop does not perform warranty work nor alignments. Mr. Middleton, our service director wants nothing more than to make sure you and your family are safely traveling in your Honda. We are in business for retail yes but, if you would allow us the opportunity to make your vehicle safe and you happy please give Eric Wright a call direclty at 704-979-7590.
