We started our adventure to buy a van for our growing family actually in March dealing with Marc Gabriel but we were in the process of restoring our c We started our adventure to buy a van for our growing family actually in March dealing with Marc Gabriel but we were in the process of restoring our credit so we had to find the right deal that met our needs financially. Marc assisted us greatly in showing us models that might fit our needs and excised great patience in dealing with our situation. Then unfortunately family issues arose that we couldn't pursue a vehicle at the moment with both my mom & grandmother in & out of the hospital. Marc was very understanding and again showed us great patience. Once things got better with my family, we were ready to pursue buying the van again and Marc literally picked us up where we left off and was able to show us a 2013 Honda Odyssey EX that had low miles and met our budget. Marc setup the transaction but had to go deal with something important and introduced us to Tim Black to finish us up. Tim was an awesome guy as well not only he just saw us through the financials but gave us some great advice on restoring our credit, but was great in dealing with our poor 7 year old boy that was stuck there waiting. Tim & my son had a great time throughout the night and made him feel included in the buying process. :) In going through the paperwork process, we dealt with Les Steele in finance. I have dealt with some very pushy fiance guys in my past but Les was great & friendly to deal with and very understanding to our needs. Also, he did a very great job in securing a better interest rate than I could imagine. The night ended with a new van for our family and a payment that won't hurt the budget. I can not say enough about the service that we received from this dealership. I was very blessed to be working with Marc & Tim on the sales team and I will recommend them to any & all my friends. She patiently worked with my daughter to find an affordable used car that could be financed. She gave precise advice on the strategy to get a bank to back a used car for a college student. There was no drama. Just the match of a car my daughter really likes and easy financing. Speaking of the finance process, part of it involves the sale of add-ons. All good but some a better fit for a college student on a budget. Chris Iams gave great advice in getting the 36 month warranty. I have been in Chris's office many times signing paperwork. He knows his business and looks out for you offering the best options he can find. Joy and Chris were a pleasure to deal with. I buy from no one but Hendrick. You can go in there a complete idiot about cars and have a zero percent chance of being ripped off. The service department is also totally honest. They will tell you everything wrong with your car a week BEFORE the warranty expires, not after. This was done for me and saved me a lot of money. Take my advice... see Joy for picking out the car.
