We first got into contact with Caiden and Casey from the internet sales dept before our visit. They were very knowledgeable about the vehicles and were quickly able to find us the vehicle we wanted. Ms. Aledia helped us during the negotiations and was very pleasant, and Mr Ijames was a superstar. In his office he helped us understand the financing options and the warranty information. After relocating to the Charlotte area I needed to locate a Honda dealership in order to get my aging Accord serviced. As we looked round the showroom, we needed a question answered and the very first sales associate that walked past us asked if he could help. Tyler was efficient and knowledgeable and very helpful. We worked with Mr. Watkins to narrow down our search and I can't say enough good things about the helpfulness and thoroughness of his service. Our time was not wasted on car sales games and we were happy when we asked if they would look for a better interest rate for us,since we wanted to keep our payments to a certain amount, and they were able to comply. This is our second time leasing from Honda of Concord. My husband and I were nearing the end of our lease on the 2011 Honda Civic when we visited Honda of Concord. We were in the thinking stages of either ke husband and I were nearing the end of our lease on the 2011 Honda Civic when we visited Honda of Concord. We were in the thinking stages of either keeping the Civic or upgrading to a bigger car due to the fact we just had our first child. Initially, Mr. Maman approached us while we were waiting. We expressed to him that we wanted to upgrade our car, but wanted to stay within our budget. He came back to us and said he could make our budget work on a new 2013 Honda Accord. After talking with my husband we decided to pursue the idea and that's when Mr. Montana came to assist us. He showed us the Accord and all the features with great detail. Then, my husband test drove the car and he was very happy with it. Upon their return, Mr. Montana started the paperwork with us. He explained everything to us prior to us signing and was very diligent with making sure our questions were answered. After we were done with the paper work, Mr. Montana brought us to our car and kindly helped us get everything moved over from the Civic to the Accord. Once again, I would highly recommend Honda of Concord. They have a great staff and excellent customer service! I plan to return to Honda of Concord in the future for our next purchase!
