I believe that Brian has to realize that $25000 is a large figure to some people and would be better off if he dropped his strictly business attitude. Explanination are a great tool. If Dentis and Brian would have switched places I would have left and looked for a YUGO dealer. One rule Honda Of Concord and Honda USA could have looked at that was the vehicle, a 2012 EX L V6 was previously purchased before and had a approx.100 miles on it and until the very end after the test drive and negotiations, I was told since it was used and .09 % finance was voided and also some of the lifetime warranty. I thought I was doing Honda of Concord and Honda USA a small favor by purchasing a USED 2012 vehicle and that they would in turn do the right thing. (THEY DIDN'T) All in all I would tell my friends to check everything out before the final negotations are concluded More

Gerrard was my salesman and he was awesome! I told him what I wanted and he did it, plus I walked away with a few extra accessories at a very minimal increase in my payment. I would most definitely recommend Honda of Concord and if you go - ask for Gerrard and tell him that I sent you! :o) Brian in the finance department was very nice and easy to work with. Explained everything in detail and answered all of my questions. Even found out that we are neighbors and (in South Carolina). I will probably even drive up to Concord to have the car serviced when it is needed. I love the Civic I bought. It's beautiful, classy, rides like a dream and it's affordable. You can't go wrong with these folks!! More
I went to Honda of Concord on Saturday to trade in my old lease for a new one. Again, I was very satisfied with the customer service from Robin Owens. I was looking for a new/used Honda Element, or a 2012 Tacoma; I was on the fence. Last Sat. I saw an ad online for a 2008 Honda, and drove down (126mi) to Honda of Concord. I wasn't in the best of mood Tacoma; I was on the fence. Last Sat. I saw an ad online for a 2008 Honda, and drove down (126mi) to Honda of Concord. I wasn't in the best of moods when I arrived and told myself if I got any of the all-to-common salesmen BS I would go next door and look at the Toyotas. Mr. Demetrius Parson, from the start, was everything I had hopped for but didn't expect to find: Polite, helpful,... and actually had a brain! Both he, and the Sales Manager (lost his name) answered my questions and got me the vehicle I wanted, for the price I wanted, without having to deal with the hassle of financing. They're even going to deliver my Element to me later this week at MY convenience. I will definitely be recommending these guys to other potential buyers. More

Stacy Hicks was great to work with. He did everything he could to make sure we were pleased. He worked along with David, who also did everything he could to help us get the vehicle we wanted at the right p could to make sure we were pleased. These two guys worked together to make our experience as pleasurable as buying a car can be. We are now looking for another vehicle and have returned again to see Stacy. We are sure he will again take the time and energy to find us the exact vehicle we are looking for. The first time we walked in we were not sure what we even wanted and Stacy took the time to help us learn about everything his dealership offered and what he could do to help us decide. It took a few visits to make our decision but we never left feeling discouraged or not treated right. How many people can say they feel good after leaving a car dealership? This is a special place and we are recommending it to everyone. Great people! Great Service! Everyone works together with great attitudes. I have since returned to the service department to add something to my new vehicle and Donna was wonderful as well. She made my service visit a dream. More
