Joy was absolutely fantastic! Not only did she come in on her day off to help us but she did not rush us through the process. Quite to the contrary...she spent 7 hours with us!! Fearful of having another bad experience with a new car dealer, we accepted the recommendation of our 5th-3rd Bank in Concord, NC, and visited Honda of Concord on Thursday afternoon. We already knew we wanted a 2014 Honda CRV EXL and after a few hours with Ted Johnson & Phil Rundo we purchased from Honda of Concord our new automobile. No pressure, and our loan officer at 5th-3rd Bank was correct in his advice to purchase from the staff of Honda of Concord! Both Ted & Phil answered all questions plus in a way we felt we could trust. The new car buying experience was very favorable, & both Ted & Phil guided us through the process with ease. We will be extremely pleased when we pick up our new car Monday. Ted we are sure answered our questions honestly (trust on our part) and Phil, Finance Manager, as well. When I arrived I was greeted by the typical set of new salespersons - guess Tyler got me. Asked to test drive a Fit; afterward told Tyler that I wouldn't go through the typical process, going back and fo salespersons - guess Tyler got me. Asked to test drive a Fit; afterward told Tyler that I wouldn't go through the typical process, going back and forth to his manager; just wanted a bottom line quote. Advised him that if he tried to go through that process that I would walk out. He listened. Ultimately Amanda the Sales Manager was brought in, and she also worked with me, quickly, efficiently, respectfully. I did pay more than I wanted, but I understood the numbers, and she did bring down her final offer to something I could live with. Tyler was a great young person to deal with - courteous, quick, a good listener, no b.s. Appreciated all those qualities. More
