I spent 2 hours at a competitor and could not get them to even say hello. This was by far the smoothest experience in car buying I have ever had. Associates are very knowledgable about their products, and at no time tried to pressure me in any direction. They walked through all aspects of the vehicles I was looking for and even walked me to the back where a car I was interested in wasn't even truly for sale yet. The car I ended up with was in the price range I originally mentioned and had exactly what I was looking for. I'm a stickler for what I want and am a no BS kind of guy. These guys made the process incredibly easy. MAKE SURE to ask for Chris Cook for a salesman and Chris Ijames to handle the paperwork. It was like we were old friends, not people trying to work a deal. More

I was intimidated when I first drove up and being met by a group of salesman just waiting for someone to come in. Thankfully, Mr. Tom Tiero, walked out the moment I got out of the car. He was the man I was exactly looking for, he had helped a friend with a previous purchase before. He was indeed wonderful! He was very nice and knowledgeable about the car I was interested in. He helped me get as close as to what I was asking for in payments. I felt as he truly was doing everything he could to make me happy and at ease with my decision. There was a sales manager, Brian, who also helped me be more comfortable with the price. I just cannot remember his last name. Ted, in the finance department, was also very nice and made the long paperwork process more enjoyable. I am enjoying my lease and would definitely recommend Mr. Tom to friends looking for a new vehicle! I didn't give 5 stars because I'm waiting to see how their Service Department portion goes, but definitely high ratings for this dealership! More

We decided on the HONDA OF CONCORD as the excellent quality customer service we received from the very start of our visit to this dealership. Our Sales Consultant took the time to go over everything in the very beginning explaining every detail about the car that we were interested in and selected. He did not rush us or push us into any decisions and gave us quality customer service which anymore is very hard to come by. We felt he was very very knowledgeable in his job and very professional. Our service did not stop with him; as after we had selected the car of our choice; everyone that was involved in our purchase of this vehicle was very helpful and friendly. We simply love the car that we purchased at the HONDA OF CONCORD and there is no doubt in my mind that if we should need further customer service with our car at any time they will be there to do everything they can to please us.
