Larry was great, He asked what we wanted in a vehicle and showed us several. He got us in the exact car we wanted. Focused just on us as his customer until we were driving off. Set up my phone on the Blue Tooth and showed me how it worked. Drew was great in finance. Worked until he could get us the best interest rate and the payment we were wanting. He was not pushy like a lot of finance mgrs. I have worked with at other dealers. It was a great experience and would recommend Honda Cars of Concord to anyone looking for a car. Have bought several cars with this dealership in the past and in the future it will be the only dealership I go to when looking for a car. Thank you for your patience and help. More
This is the 3rd Honda our family has purchsased at Honda of Concord. They are really the best overall dealership. When you buy a honda you get what you pay for so you aren't going to get a 40000 car for 250 of Concord. They are really the best overall dealership. Can't beat Honda of Concord for service dept and professionalism. If you want a honda, this is the place to go. More
My experience with Honda of Concord was great! Ted was a great help with all the follow-ups and scheduling for the test drive. I purchased a used Kia Soul from your dealership. I decided to use a reputable dealership to hopefully find a good used car. The salesman Jamaal Rozier was excellent! After purchasing the Kia, I was surprised when I came to pick it up that it only had one key and one remote. I let it be known that I was not going to take delivery without another key and remote. I had an expensive experience of buying a new key and remote for my Expedition when I bought it with the same 1 key and remote. I didn't want to go through with that again. I was promised a new key and programming of a remote that they found somewhere in the service department. This was setup with Larry in the service department at Folger Kia. Got the key but the remote would not work. Called Honda back, had to pick up another remote. That one was all wrong, had 3 buttons. I talked with David Pierce who I told that I could get a remote from Ebay. He said if I did, he would reimburse me. Got the key from Ebay for $10.00. Had it programmed. To my surprise Larry said that now Honda would not pay for the programming. Long story short, I figured a "reputable dealership" like Honda of Concord would have been more customer service oriented. I got a key but they fooled me in to thinking that they would get me a remote and program it too. Said it was too costly. I told him "I'm not asking for a new remote, just 1 that worked, it's a used car". When did $60.00, which is what it cost for the remote from Ebay and Kia programming it, become too costly for a dealership like yours? More

After a test drive, with the wife being happy with the way the car drove, we decided that this was the right choice for us. I Must say that our experience with Tom and all the Hendrix folks was most pleasant, and we look forward to many years of good service from our new car. More
