My husband and I were totally impressed with this dealership and the employees. The salesperson,,Jim Doyle, was very courteous and friendly. We met two other fellows that were also very nice. The business manager, Lester Leader was very professional and organized. All of the paperwork was fully explained before anything was signed. I also like the fact that the upholstery is protected from spills, and this was also explained and demonstrated. If I had known that this dealership was as it is I would have bought all of our Honda cars from this dealer! Several members of my family all drive Honda cars and I have recommended that they go to this dealership when the time comes to trade. More

I didn't go in planning to buy a car and I left with an '08 Accord. It was the easiest and best car buying experience I have had. This is the second veichle I leased form honda of Concord & have found the staff to be both knowledgeable and friendly. The dealership has gone out of their way for me. I was very picky about what I wanted and was very skeptical about what my trade in val dealership, I was nervous about going to another Honda place. While the first number that was offered was not what I was expecting, Yolanda worked with my husband and I in getting what we felt was fair in our trade in. I have to say that the car that I purchased was not my first choice in color, it had other things that made up for the color. I love my car and I am glad that Yolanda was very patient in the whole process. I would definately recommend others to use this dealership. More
