Stacy Hicks was great to work with. He did everything he could to make sure we were pleased. He worked along with David, who also did everything he could to help us get the vehicle we wanted at the right p could to make sure we were pleased. These two guys worked together to make our experience as pleasurable as buying a car can be. We are now looking for another vehicle and have returned again to see Stacy. We are sure he will again take the time and energy to find us the exact vehicle we are looking for. The first time we walked in we were not sure what we even wanted and Stacy took the time to help us learn about everything his dealership offered and what he could do to help us decide. It took a few visits to make our decision but we never left feeling discouraged or not treated right. How many people can say they feel good after leaving a car dealership? His overall knowledge went beyond the Honda brand as we considered different pre-owned vehicles. We were in the market for a used Honda Odyssey and we were in the Concord Mills area and decided to stop in. Met Drew Spatafore, he was very friendly and professional. Not pushy and listened to what we were looking for in a van. Checked back up with us around 4 days later. Our needs and price point changed and Drew made us aware of a van that met most of our needs. Came in the the next day (Friday). Drew was patient as I drove a couple model years of vans for comparison. The process could have been better. With the test drives the total process took more than five hours. There wasn't much negotiation on price, but that could be attributed by the fact that the vehicle we wanted never was on the lot. I also had children with me which was a challenge. The children's area was nice, but only kept the kids occupied for a couple of hours. It might be nice if there was another play area, maybe a playground outside where the kids could blow off some steam. Especially if the process will take several hours. Overall Drew did a good job. If and when I am in the market for another Honda I will see Drew first. More
