They were very concerned about our situation with the car and help us resolve the issues. I would recommend this Honda Cars of Concord Dealership to anyone for their outstanding customer relations and service. I give this dealership and it's staff all 5's. It's important as a consumer that you have a voice and to be heard and this is a perfect tool for that. More
Kristin went out of her way to ensure that I was completely satisfied with my purchase. Once I got my vehicle home, I noticed one of the tires was damaged. Mr. Shapiro greeted my wife and I promptly. Listened to our concerns and what we were looking for. He walked with us looking at multiple used cars throughout the lot very willingly taking notes to do furth our concerns and what we were looking for. When the initial search turned up fruitless based on what we originally wanted, he pointed out another car that while far exceeding our short term needs we originally were looking to satisfy, will more that adequately fill our long term needs. Through hard and fair negotiation we reached a deal satisfactory to both the dealership and ourselves and are happy with the purchase. Please note that I am a very tough reviewer and rarely give anyone a maximum rating for any criteria unless I am extremely impressed. For anyone to get higher than 'good' from me for any reason one needs to be extraordinarily impressive. More

We were told that there was a fee if we put $5,000 on a credit card, so we said we would put $3,000 on the card and $2,000 by check. When we look at our credit card charges the next day the total $5,000 had been applied to our card. I had to get it resolved. I gave Price a good, because I feel I may have paid a higher price than the average price paid for the same car. More
