I found a used Honda I liked that I wanted transferred to the dealership to buy, but he was upfront about the concerns he had for the vehicle (at the cost of losing the sale). This is super honest. He could have avoided telling me, and I would have had tons of heartache due to a car with problems. Needless to say, we met with him again, and I found a new Honda that met my list of wants and paid nearly the same cost for it as a used vehicle that was a year or two older. I strongly dislike car buying, but Drew made it painless (in fact I was smiling when I was leaving, and even waved at the Toyota Salesperson that helped us, and would not work with us on price, who happened to be standing outside). I felt very comfortable with Mr. Hicks. I had previously gone to a dealership in Charlotte, NC and I was a little indecisive about what car I wanted and whether to go with a lease or not. I was lead to honda of concord and as I pulled up Mr. Hicks was motioning for me to park but my Honda Prelude had actually cut off! It was as if my prelude said stop here this is where you should buy! At least that's what I felt it said. Mr Hicks never got annoyed with me. He answered even questions I had already asked him. I am so glad he took the time to help me through this decision. I haven't had a car payment since 2004, so I was a little worried about going above a certain price. I am pleased with my purchase and even though I kept my prelude for sentimental reasons I know I will love the accord just as much. More

This is the second honda we have bought from Honda of Concord. Both times they have been extremely friendly and helpful. The technology and safety features in this car and unbelievable, but what's even better is that I now know how to fully work all of it. Robin took the time to explain all the technology to me and my mom before we even bought the car. She said she had been through 6 hours of training on everything on the car. It's one thing to have a new car with great technology, but it's something completely different when you leave the lot knowing exactly how to use it all! Because we were a returning customer, they gave us even more incentives. I would definitely recommend going to see Robin or anyone at Honda of Concord. Great service, great brand! More

EVERYONE at the dealership was very friendly and made us feel right at home. Brook was very, very busy so we were helped by Barry Tate, which was a very nice person. He let me drive several CR-V and I knew I would be leaving there with one. the 2011 that me and my husband really liked was a little more than I had planned to spend, as I planned to pay cash , no fiancing needed..but Barry was very, very helpful and talked with the sales manager and they brought down price where i could afford it with my budget I had to spend...Brook and Barry had the CR-V cleaned and both of them showed me how everything worked inside and out... I can't stop giving this dealership my praises. thanks to Barry he made me a very happy lady.. i was proud to be driving my new ride back to SC...the first Honda I purchased was a brand new '97 ACCORD. that was 15 years ago and that is the car I was still driving yesterday , and now I giving to my husband to drive... After some negative experiences at other dealerships we were very hesitant to attempt another car purchase. We had a particular set of needs for our next vehicle and Jonathan just sat down with us, got to know us & really talked through what we wanted & needed in the vehicle. He didn't just 'sell' us a car, he helped us pick exactly the right car for us. He was not a Car Salesman, he was a Car Counselor! We were impressed with every step of the process at the dealership. Even when the deal was finished, you were not just handed the keys and pushed out the door. Honda follows all the way through even with setting the car features to our preferences - even the radio stations. We are now happy Honda owners.
