Being 60 years old and having purchased my share of new and used vehicles over the the years, I had grown tired of car dealership tactics in general. My wife and I visited Honda of Concord, NC Tuesday morn and used vehicles over the the years, I had grown tired of car dealership tactics in general. My wife and I visited Honda of Concord, NC Tuesday morning (2/28) and test drove a Honda certified 2010 accord. The salesman was very polite, professional and in no way pushy or aggresive. Four hours later the accord was in my driveway. The best part of the entire experience was that my wife and I made each and every decision in moving forward with the purchase. I can't stress enough how helpful and patient saleman Jonathon Shapiro was throughout the entire experience, even when my wife changed her mind a couple of times. I am not related to anyone who works there or has ever worked there, nor have I ever been to this dealership before yesterday, but I will definately continue to do business with Honda of Concord, NC. I went into the dealership looking for a pre-owned certified and left with a much better brand new car and deal in my opinion. Jim was very accomodating and helpful as was the sales manager. The finance person I dealt with was also very good in the sense that he explained everything , got me the best interest rate and terms... again very friendly service. At Honda of Concord, I was made to feel I was the only person in a bustling showroom. Wes introduced me to my car, rode with me on a test drive, and efficiently prepared paperwork, explaining every detai person in a bustling showroom. Victor got my new CR-V prepared and made sure I understood everything about it, loading my phone and customizing my settings, etc. He also made sure my family and I were comfortable and had any needs met. Tim was professional and fully explained each line on the financial documents, making sure I got the best percentage rate for my loan. These three men were very friendly, helpful and professional. While working with me, I observed these three men also working with other people, making sure they too had the same personal care I enjoyed; Wes spoke to everyone and reached out to the parents of an employee who was also there buying a car. I had some very unfortunate circumstances happening in my life which caused me to need a car..fast. I emailed about a used car, send my loan approval info. online and spoke back and forth with Yolonda via em life which caused me to need a car..fast.
