I am satisfied with the car but when i bought all the extras i thought i would be covered l00% but when i came home the papers said i would have to pay $100 per visit and i don't remember being told this extras i thought i would be covered l00% but when i came home the papers said i would have to pay $100 per visit and i don't remember being told this so i was disappointed with it. If you know what you want and just want to buy a car and be left alone, this is the place for you. However, if you want to buy a car, purchase a service warranty plan, and expect to have service provided t be left alone, this is the place for you. However, if you want to buy a car, purchase a service warranty plan, and expect to have service provided to you beyond the day of the sale, this is not the place for you. If you ever have any questions after the day you purchased your car, Honda of Concord will transfer you to everyone but the person who could possibly help you, and Honda of America feels it very inconvenient for you to call them too. Have been driving Hondas for 20 years and dealing with Honda of Concord for over 15 of them. Henry has been our salesperson for at least the past 10 years and he is the best! We do not hesitate to recom Honda of Concord for over 15 of them. Henry has been our salesperson for at least the past 10 years and he is the best! I shopped a couple other dealers in the area over a three day time span looking for a Honda minivan. Out of the five I shopped at, only two would I rate this good. One of the dealers did really good in Salis day time span looking for a Honda minivan. Out of the five I shopped at, only two would I rate this good. One of the dealers did really good in Salisbury when it came to customer service and friendliness, but was extremely limited on selection. Honda of Concord had all the things I was looking for. Friendly and profesional service, great selection, and a very knowledgeable salesman was just a few qualities I experienced. My credit is in repair status, but that did not keep them from going above and beyond my expectations to seal an attractive deal. I never felt pushed into acccepting anything I was not 100% satisfied with. They even allowed me to wait until the next day to sign paperwork to see if they could get me a better financing offer. They did find that offer for me and it was around a 3.5% less interest rate than the day before. These gentlemen that helped me get the vehicle I wanted and would not accept nothing less. I will definately look to them in the future when I have to replace my work car. More
