I was very pleased with the service I was provided by Dawn Fuller and her expertise on the vehicle I chose. She addressed all my concerns on the CRV. I had been to a different Honda dealership the day before I went to Concord, but they did not have a good selection of colors available nor exactly what we wanted. My son called Honda of Concord and they did have all the colors of the CRV on their lot. Even though the specific car we wanted wasn't there they located it, brought it in and had it ready for me the day I wanted to pick it up. More
