I was looking to view a specific car on the lot and Gerard was quick to help and very friendly.The car had just been on their lot for only a couple of days so it had not yet been through the whole syst Gerard was quick to help and very friendly.The car had just been on their lot for only a couple of days so it had not yet been through the whole system of prepping for sale by the time I came in to see it. While Gerard was somewhat embarrassed that the car was not cleaned up yet, luckily I was one who understands things get dirty,and things clean up. We went for the test drive anyway! This also gave me the chance to see the vehicles 'true' condition before they put the shine on. At any rate, Gerard was a pleasure to deal with and he also put the fire under the shop guys to have this thing ready for me by the end of the night after making the purchase. We did not get the warranty due to our budget but it was a good deal.
