My recent sales experience has been a nightmare. My temp tags expired before they provided my permanent tags (which I only got by having a fit about it); it took more than a month to get promised service hi tags expired before they provided my permanent tags (which I only got by having a fit about it); it took more than a month to get promised service history documents; and now they refuse to provide the remote key promised at time of sale. I will NEVER do business with them again. More
My sales person was extremely friendly and helpful and that goes for all the staff I met. I feel like I got a fair deal on my lease but I do believe I possibly could have gotten a better payment in speak that goes for all the staff I met. However; I do love my new 2012 civic, I would suggest that Honda should definetly have alloy wheels as an option on the LX model, because I am stuck with hub caps and I hate hub caps. Still very sharp car as far as body style and inside room and styling. Very pleased. More

The salesman and business finance folks answered every question, sometimes twice. They weren't pushy and realistic in their approach, working with us to not go over our budget; even if they didn't make a question, sometimes twice. This is by far a distinctive dealership that really understands customer service and making the car buying experience a positive one. Over the past month I visited many dealerships in Charlotte and the surrounding area, and overall had a miserable time with pushy salesmen, or those who could care less if I bought a car, or one I liked at that. My experince at Honda of Concord was the total opposite. I felt like a valued car buyer, and that I was receiving a great deal and not getting taken advantage of. I can not stress enough how pleasant everyone was. I will referr anyone I can to this dealership. More
My original intent for my visit to Honda of Concord was to get service on my current Honda Accord ( which I purchased from them in 2009). My service experience with Donna was GREAT as usual. But the new Ac to get service on my current Honda Accord ( which I purchased from them in 2009). My service experience with Donna was GREAT as usual. But the new Accord caught my eye and triggered questions which Brin R. was happy to answer. I was just looking and Brian was aware of that, he did not pressure me into anything. Well after 2 different test drives and getting everything I was wanting in a vehicle equipment and price wise, I purchased a new vehicle. I highly recommend Honda of Concord you will not be disappointed. Thanks for everything Brian. More
Thus far, overall, I cannot say we have had an excellent experience with this dealership. The drawbacks we have encountered, have been the sources of the problems we have faced from the beginning of our de experience with this dealership. The sales representatives who initially contacted us confused us with other clients. There was sparse email correspondence over the course of a week, with very slow follow-up on the sales representative's part. Then, when we showed up to take delivery of our pre-owned Honda Accord, the car had not actually been sent through their shop for inspection and service. We drove off the lot late that night and had to wait until the next day to call about the vibration we experienced while driving the vehicle. None of our calls were returned for 2 days. We called the manager, and got the car in to be serviced. The vibration is still there, and we've continued to call about it...but so far, no return calls. I want to say this was a good experience, and it probably would have been if the initial contact from the sales reps had taken the time to know their customers and provide timely and accurate follow-through service. More
