My wife and I are expecting our third child so it was time to be in the market for a minivan. With having two very young children at home and my wife being rather nauseous due to the pregnancy, it was e time to be in the market for a minivan. Jonathan responded to my email in a timely manner and answered every question I had. His offer for the price of the minivan was the best of any other dealers and I could just tell that he wasn't trying to give me a bad offer - he understood my request and gave me nothing more or less. When we got to the dealership he was great to work with and the whole staff was courteous and kind. We had already agreed on a price so they didn't waste any time to get us the deal promised. This was a very pleasant experience - Honda of Concord went above and beyond the other local Honda dealers in the area in every way. It's a little drive to get there, but I will be taking our new Odyssey there for all our service needs. I highly recommend this dealership and, specifically, Jonathan Shapiro! More

Very friendly. First visit was just to test drive an Accord. Tony was not pushy. He took us for a test drive, gave us info, and we were on our way. Larry Fowler has a great attitude. He has followed up with me many a times yet in decent manner when I was not in hurry to purchase the car.
