Michael was just the kind of sales representative I like to deal with-straight forward and easy going. This was my fifth Honda/Acura purchase from a Hendrick Automotive Group dealership and Michael is the b to deal with-straight forward and easy going. Every customer has a different idea of what the buying experience should be and Michael was able to read that I am a "get in, get it done, and get out" kind of customer and was very accommodating. The only issues I had were with the cleanliness of the vehicle interior and glass upon delivery and there was a severe mechanical defect with both front brake rotors. Mind you, this vehicle had about 20 miles on it when I purchased it and I was able to identify the defect on the ride home after the close of the sale. I will say this in defense of the dealership; Michael and Debbie (in service) were as shocked as I was that there was a factory defect with the rotors and took care of the problems immediately and were both sincerely apologetic. In less than an hour we signed all the paperwork, Stacy went through all the features of the car explaining each one in detail (navigation, blue tooth etc) and then we were on our way home with a FULL tank of gas. They even went to Fayetteville (3 hours away) to get me the color I wanted! Definitely recommend Honda of Concord...we will not look anywhere else in the future. Save yourself aggravation and wasted time playing "car dealer games" just start off at Honda of Concord! More
