Name Correction to my previous review. Victor Horton was our salesman, not Norton. We had been shopping for over a month. Then, on the way home from Charlotte, we decided, at the last Victor Horton was our salesman, not Norton. We had been shopping for over a month. Then, on the way home from Charlotte, we decided, at the last minute, to stop at Honda of Concord. We should have gone there first. From start to finish the buying experience was smooth and professional and the negotiation for an affordable price was easily reached. Victor was amazing. He is not pushy and very accommodating in getting every concern addressed and corrected. This is the third time our family has used the Hendrick group, and twice at this dealership. I have no idea why we didn’t just go there first. It would have saved us a lot of time and energy. We are very happy with the entire experience with not only Victor Horton, but with Phil, sales manager and Yolanda finance agent. Definitely a 5+ Sally and Greg Morris More
