There were no high pressure sales tactics, it was more of a conversation through the details of the deal. This is not the normal car buying experience because normally a sales person will not leave you alone so you can talk through your options. Took my car to the Hendrick Collison Center connected to Honda of Concord. I had a few scratches on my bumper, and wanted to get a self pay estimate to have the paint touched up. The quote was very high so Honda of Concord. I had a few scratches on my bumper, and wanted to get a self pay estimate to have the paint touched up. The quote was very high so I declined to have the work completed. Little did I know, just taking a car in for an estimate would lead to the Hendrick Collison Center reporting my car was in an accident. This is not true, and they will not work with Carfax to correct the false reporting. I assume they get paid by Carfax for reporting things... pretty sad to profit off customers in an unethical and dishonest way. I recommend you take your cars elsewhere to avoid an undeserving and costly ding on your cars history. More
