When I went to sign the paperwork Seeram (in Finance) took ever question I had about what I was signing and gave me straight answers and didn't try to hide the truth of what I was signing. I signed a few forms with Brian- chose my insurance package- paid my down payment and it was a simple, easy, and quick a that! NOW THE KICKER.. upon arriving to pick my car up after undergoing Honda precertification check I walked in to receive more good news that they were able to lower my monthly payment even more and lowering my APR!!! Honda of Concord is working miracles people!!
