I did NOT expect this from a Hendrick store . .. On their website was an invitation to make an offer. I made an offer. I know it was a reasonable one because the day after that I made a solid .. On their website was an invitation to make an offer. I made an offer. I know it was a reasonable one because the day after that I made a solid deal with another dealership for only a little more than the offer I made to Hendrick Honda of Concord. A woman pretending to be in sales contacted me from Honda of Concord and said my offer was good but they had to see my trade in person. I suspected it was a ploy to just get me in there and try to interfere with my other deal in hopes I would somehow be willing to pay more but it was far worse than that. I arrive only to find out the woman I was working with wasn't a licensed salesperson. They assigned one to me and he was so insulted that I expected any money off their insane asking price (msrp plus over $3500 in value-less dealer added junk) that we never even got started. When I told him about the offer I made to them, he ignored it completely and didn't even try to look up any of my previous contacts with the store (a manager emailed me as well). Instead he told me he didn't like having HIS time wasted. When I told him about my conversations with Amanda and others and how I already had a similar deal to what I had offered them worked out, he demanded proof (which I didn't bring and wouldn't have shown him even if I had). I drove in the rain on a Sunday 30 miles each way for NOTHING after being led to believe I was going to get an even better deal. I can't stand liars. Please don't even think of wasting your time with this garbage show. More
