They ran my credit twice to get a higher rate for their loan company. Robin would not communicate with me the next day as they didn’t give me my paperwork. They were not responsive to my texts to try to get an issue resolved about the warranty they had on the website that they were unable to uphold. Now I get my tag and it’s completely wrong!
