I called this dealership and spoke with Nick Caldwell! When I did the online inquiry he was calling my phone and leaving messages but the min I talked to him to tell him my situation I didn’t hear a word When I did the online inquiry he was calling my phone and leaving messages but the min I talked to him to tell him my situation I didn’t hear a word back from him. And I think he’s very unprofessional because he continued to text me when we were discussing my situation instead of picking up the phone calling me. Well I never heard anything back from him then the next day he sends me a text. I feel like if I wasn’t in my situation I would’ve been a priority to him because he would’ve gotten commission from the sale. Thats ok because in a couple of months I will be out of the small situation that I’m in and Honda of concord nor Nick Caldwell Will get my business. More

My experience with Corey was seamless and smooth! He was straightforward, helpful and genuine. He wasn’t pushy; he took his time to talk me through what I was getting with the car I chose.
