My husband and I were in the market for a safe, reliable, and affordable vehicle for our daughter. Affordable used inventory is low at the moment, and often vehicles would be sold before we could even look at them. On Thursday morning, we found a promising option. I reached out and was connected with Chris Cook. I arrived about 30 minutes later for a tesrt drive and to get the paperwork started. I was in the middle of a 12 hour workday and didn’t have a ton of flexibility. Chris was friendly and efficient. I left him with all the info I had at the moment, emailed the additional needs, and set up an appointment for 7 pm to finish signing. He had everything ready, car detailed, and full of gas by the time we finished with the sales manager. For our next vehicle purchase, we will reach out to Chris directly. More
