We had a wonderful experience at Honda of Concord this past Saturday. This is the 4th vehicle we’ve purchased from this location and there’s reasons why we go back. The approach is no pressure and both the sales reps and managers are willing to work with you to make sure you get the right deal for you. Upselling is kept to a respectful minimum and largely based on what you describe as your wants/needs. We’ve been working with Chris Ross since April of last year to buy an Odyssey that was right for us. He patiently waited and worked with us through every false start and change of opinion or need that we had. Every time his approach was understanding, empathetic, and open-minded. He communicated clearly and effectively, taking time to make sure we were comfortable with each step. On the day of purchase (this past Saturday, January 14, 2023), he once again assisted us with a last minute change and got us into exactly the vehicle we wanted. We could not be happier with our purchase and the service we received. Notably, our finance director, Brian Emmerich, was just as fantastic as Chris. He was clear, did not apply pressure, made sure we understood our warranty options, GAP insurance options, and all of the details related to our financing path. He was honest with us, saved us money where he could, and allowed us to ask questions and get comfortable with our choices.
