On January 22d I submitted an interest request for a 2019 BMW X3 with 34,324 mi on it, one owner located in Concord, NC. Mr. Caldwell contacted me quickly and we set up an appointment for me to come view an BMW X3 with 34,324 mi on it, one owner located in Concord, NC. Mr. Caldwell contacted me quickly and we set up an appointment for me to come view and test drive the vehicle. Nick sent me a video of the BMW and that is when I discovered it is blue w/Tan interior. I live almost three hours away and had information on the purchase I wanted to investigate prior to my travels and Nick accepted my request for an open rescheduling. Immediately I knew this car was the answer car I desired. From there Nick answered every question that was presented to him and on the day of purchase came to the airport in Charlotte to pick me up and bring me to the dealership with the test drive happening in CHARLOTTE airport area. It was exciting, gave me the opportunity to get to know my girl (Taylor/car). Nick has made me feel absolutely awesome through this entire transaction, and I am grateful to have met such an outstanding person in the form of a car dealership sales person.
