I returned to Honda of Concord for one reason, Robin Owens. I purchased a vehicle from her several years prior and due to such a positive experience, it was a no brainer to look her back up for this mos Owens. I was very grateful to hear that she was still employed by Honda and we immediately picked back up from where we left off. Robin remembered me by name, welcomed me back into the dealership, and was never pushy as a common dealership can be at times. Robin listened to my wants and needs for a new vehicle, never once made me feel like I had to make a decision on the spot, and eventually gave me time to think over my options. It was because of this approach that the following morning I informed her and the dealership that they had won my business again. Robin is truly an invaluable team member of Honda of Concord and she should be treated as such. I am by no means a wealthy individual and need to manage my finances accordingly. It was truly because of her approach and willingness to hear me that allowed me to make a sound decision for me and my family. Thank you Robin and Honda of Concord for another excellent experience!
