I purchased my first new car from Honda of Concord and could not be happier with the service I received while doing so. I was lucky enough to have Nate Tuttle as my sales associate and it was a relief to could not be happier with the service I received while doing so. I was lucky enough to have Nate Tuttle as my sales associate and it was a relief to have a salesman who was down to earth, relatable, easy to get along with and knowledgeable about the car. He definitely made buying a car for the first time alot less stressful than I was expecting. We had a great buying experience. I've bought cars, at other dealerships, and felt like I was being "helped" by desperate vultures. Today was an entirely different experience and one I've bought cars, at other dealerships, and felt like I was being "helped" by desperate vultures. Today was an entirely different experience and one that I'm thankful for. We arrived, thinking we knew what we wanted, and we're greated, by Corey, a sales person. He was pleasent , respectful and more than helpful in our descion. His knowledge of the honda lineup was impeccable, we havnt bought a car in New car in over 10 years so there was much to learn"where's the gear selector " now it's a button . I asked a billion questions and was treated to a confident thorough explanation for each. We kept going back and forth between multiple vehicles, never were we resuhed or pushed towards making a purchase. He was a great listener, addressing all of our concerns and needs. Without his help we would have left still wondering what we might buy. The rest of the buying process was smooth and effortless. The sales manager was polite and offered add ons, like every dealership does, but at no point we're the pushy or trying to sell more than we wanted or needed. This was hands down my favorite car purchasing experience. More
