I cannot say enough good about Chris Ross. Professional, respectful, and knowledgeable. We drove from Raleigh to Concord to see a used car. That morning Chris called me to tell me the car had a leaking waterpump, and would get a new pump under warranty, but it would not be ready for us to see it as planned. Most salesmen would let you drive 2-1/2 hours to find out. Not Chris. We arranged that we'd still come and look at the car, fully knowing it needed a pump. Chris is extremely thoughtful and professional, and made car buying a great experience. If you are looking for a product, call Chris at Hendrick first and see what he can do for you. We worked with Business Manager Lester Leader on the financial side as well. Lester is wonderful. Smooth, humorous, fast, and made the financials way better than I have run into before.
