Sims Honda matched the best quote we received, and was the overall best deal thanks to the lower sales tax rate in Skagit County. Chad and Bobby were very responsive to our questions and informative as to things we should consider as we made our final decision on where to buy the vehicle. Bobby promised a straightforward and transparent buying experience, and that's exactly what we got. Best of all, we left with an even sweeter deal than we expected! We appreciated Chad's high energy and enthusiasm, and his specialized knowledge on all the fancy features of the new Hondas. He spent extra time with us in the vehicle after the docs were signed, helping us personalize it, synch up our phones, and explaining all the buttons and gadgets. Dealership is willing to go the extra mile Came in a few times and nothing ever worked out for us. Came back a 3rd time and bought a car from Ahmari. The most helpful and honest dealer I've dealt with James Hoffman was the sales rep who met me at the door and demonstrated the 2018 Honda Odyssey to me, and a few days later, to my wife as well. No Pressure, Easiest Purchase Ever I made an inquiry through the True Car app about a Civic in desperate need of getting out of my troubled current vehicle. Three dealers contacted me; I made an inquiry through the True Car app about a Civic in desperate need of getting out of my troubled current vehicle. Three dealers contacted me; 2 by phone and 1 via text (Bobby Maynard). I stopped into the dealer closest to my location at the time and was brushed off due to the negative equity in my trade. With full disclosure and understanding of my situation Bobby went to work on my behalf and found a solution to rescue me from a sinking ship. He realized my need was not limited to the Civic I had inquired about and found a better option with an Accord. Always quick to respond the whole process was done via text and email and within minutes of applying online Bobby had me approved and ready to go. When we arrived at the dealership late that evening Bobby had already gone home but Raj and Amber stuck around to get everything finalized. Bobby checked in with me first thing in the morning to see how everything went and how I like my new car. To quote Flo Ronda "I don't like it I love it!!" Everyone involved was patient and understanding and never pressured me to do or sign anything. This was the easiest car buying process I've ever been a part of. All the thanks goes to James Hoffman who made it a breeze. From start to finish James was responsiveness and willing to work with me considering the whole transaction was done remotely and I am was out of state. Unlike most other Honda online sales department which are just window dressing to get you to step into dealership James was actually wanting to earn my business and work with me solely online/remotely. Out of the 3 - one did not respond, one did not listen correctly and was pushy, but Bobby Maynard at Sims Honda listened and responded with what I wanted to hear on the first email. Bobby continued to throughout the day to answer all my emails and questions in a timely manner. Bobby advised that the specific Honda (color, make) would not be available for approx. 2 weeks. He said to come in and test drive a Honda CRV EX they had on the lot and if I liked it we could proceed and he would put me in a loaner car until the one I purchased came in. When my husband and I arrived to test drive the Honda CRV EX we worked with Mike O’Laughlin. Mike was very knowledgeable about the Honda CRV EX and explained all the bells and whistles (which there are many). Mike was a joy to work with. Mark Sumner was the finance manager we worked with and he did a great job as well. Processed us through in a timely and efficient manner. My overall experience with Sims Honda was great and I would definitely refer anyone looking to buy a Honda to them. Well worth the drive. More
