It appears that Abington Honda is overbooking. I scheduled my appointment a week beforemy scheduled appointment. I made it clear that I would wait for my vehicle. It took 5 hours for me to get an inspection and oil change. The only thing I needed was windshield wipers and a tail light to pass inspection. No one from the service department ever relayed to me why It was taking so long. I had to approach them. I think after a customer has been waiting at least 2 hours someone from service department should approach them to let them know why It's taking so long and when you can expect the work to be completed The service reps. have a tendency to talk across the waiting room to people waiting for their Vehicles. That to me is very unprofessional behavior it does not give the client any privacy. More
Time will time. My only issue were last year when you guys coukd not do inspection because of sticker issues. In for inspection and 7000 mile service. I had an appointment and still took over 2 hours. Also since service waiting area is wide open to sales we were treated to listening to who I belie I had an appointment and still took over 2 hours.
