They took my car at 8am to use the dye in the airconditikner to prove warranty issue. They either attempted to fake the test to not honor warranty and pretended they didn’t get to it(unlikely giv airconditikner to prove warranty issue. They either attempted to fake the test to not honor warranty and pretended they didn’t get to it(unlikely given they told me the dye was in the AC), or they waited around and didn’t do what was required. It was supposed to be a half hour test and 6 hours later they told me to pound sand. Additionally told me to leave to keys tag and mirror tag so if I could inconveniently come back they would do my car first. Even though I had an 8am appointment on the day I brought it in. I tried to ask a manager about it and he looked at me and promptly ignored me and walked away, I found it to be incredibly rude and unprofessional. I believe this is evidence of fraudulently running the test because it seems like they didn’t want to address the issue. More
