You really need techs in Saturday's that does brakes I work 6 days a week and it’s impossible for me to come before three for brake service. Have not had a good experience with this dealership service department since it became Abington Honda. Brought car in for routine service, was told I needed motor mounts. After having that done had no service department since it became Abington Honda. Brought car in for routine service, was told I needed motor mounts. After having that done had nothing but issues with engine noise. Complained; was fixed "again", but the noise persisted. At a visit for oil change, the "concierge told me the noise was "like a bike chain going from one gear to another". After 7 months and taking my car to another Honda dealership to investigate the persistent engine noise, I was told to take it back to Abington. I took it back to Abington, only to be told that I needed motor mounts! Found out that 2 of the 3 replaced mounts were under warranty, but that didn't stop the invoice to include charges for the parts and labor. The billing mistake was resolved but what really burns me about the entire experience is that I had been telling them all along (7 months) that issues still existed from the initial repair to no avail.
