Service manager quoted me a price of $3,000 to replace the VSA module - only to be told they are not currently available. We went to another dealer, the car only needed more brake fluid. All the lights went off. The car was checked and is running great. We are going on vacation with that $3,000. This is not SUSSMAN. Take your business elsewhere. More

We went in to look at a used CRV that was on the website for 20,454. We looked at it twice. We decided we were going to buy it when told they needed to call their headquarters in Virginia because they hav for 20,454. We looked at it twice. We decided we were going to buy it when told they needed to call their headquarters in Virginia because they have to make sure the price is right because they don’t set the price on the website. They came back awhile later to tell us it was three thousand dollars more. I walked out. The next day I looked it up and the website said it has a price drop and is now 20,250. I don’t know what game they are playing but I would be aware. I liked Colin, but I don’t like being taken advantage of. I have read that other people have had similar experiences. More

Your service was the worst customer service I ever received in my life. Service people are nice but your management rules do not include the elderly. It is unfair of you to expect a person of my age received in my life. Service people are nice but your management rules do not include the elderly. It is unfair of you to expect a person of my age and older to pay online. Not use cash and not even use your physical credit card. You have cashiers at the location in Abington and the word cashier is right above their head. People my age and older like paying cash for things or at the very least a credit card and not online. We did not grow up with things online. We do not like to do things online. I would have never bought my car there if I knew the service was going to be this way. More
